Role Overview:
Henconner Lane located within Bramley in Leeds, is a residential care home that supports people with brain injuries. You will be supporting individuals to work towards therapy and personal goals as the people we support move through the continuum of care and support. This rewarding role is varied and challenging at times as we work towards goals and outcomes to aid independence.
