Job Description
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, confident and have excellent customer service and management skills to join our fun leisure business.
Some knowledge of Trampoline parks, Inflatable parks and Football centres is a bonus.
The candidate:
- Managerial experience is required.
- The ability to multitask and be willing to work to the needs of the business.
- A confident and clear communicator who can deal with staff and customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to deliver and maintain the high standards of customer experience, satisfaction, and service we strive for as a business.
- Able to manage the whole site in the absence of our general management.
- Available to work weekends and school holidays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Key Holder
- Being the a senior member of staff on shift
- Ensuring staff members are always in the right positions, doing their jobs and are getting their breaks.
- Ensuring the business runs smoothly and the cleanliness of the building is always kept to a high standard.
- Running shifts, cash handling on tills, safety marshalling on the park & working in the kitchen if required.
- Dealing with customers and escalated complaints.
- Opening / closing the building
- Any other duties as requested by general management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
