Birch Tree Manor in Wirral is a sixty-two bed residential care facility that takes on requirements for respite and nursing care, as well as welcoming dementia sufferers.

Responsibilities as a care assistant are to ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting Residents when required with all aspects of daily living.
