An exciting position has arisen in North and East Cornwall for an enthusiastic and motivated Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Professional- Physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or exercise instructor.
The Open Day being held in Roche can be an opportunity to make an application post deadline as well as interview on the day or discuss the opportunity to potentially arrange a Teams / face-to face interview on alternative dates. The post holder will be required to deliver formal cardiac rehabilitation exercise and lifestyle programmes in a variety of community settings and modes of delivery such as online groups and the use of the MyHeart app to all risk stratifications of patients with cardiac diagnoses and co-morbidities.
For a small cohort of patients you will have the opportunity to deliver cardiac rehabilitation on a one to one basis in patients’ homes and clinic settings.
Access to a vehicle is essential for the post.

The successful candidate will have the experience, clinical knowledge and skills, communication and people skills required to enjoy working as an effective member of our multidisciplinary team.
A strong interest in contributing to the design of service improvements through evidence based practises, research and audit is essential.
The post holder will be supported with their personal and professional development by the Cardiac Specialist Nurse Lead.
