Job Summary

Four Marketing Group was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution. Companies include global lingerie brand Agent Provocateur, luxury outerwear brand Arctic Army, wholesale distributor Four Marketing and our PR and Marketing agency, Present Agency.

We are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful HR & Recruitment Administrator will assist the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist by providing an effective, efficient, and proactive administration service.

The role of HR & Recruitment Administrator will also be responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle for Four Marketing Group’s client groups.

As a HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience within an HR environment at assistant or administrator level
  • Have experience of providing effective administration services within a corporate environment
  • Possess knowledge of HR related concepts and basic employment law
  • Have proven track record of successfully contributing to the effective running of processes and systems
  • Be able to demonstrate good emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Be highly organised and resourceful
