What you’ll be doing as a Head Chef:
- Preparing high quality food for customers quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Taking responsibility for stock, ordering, and GP
- Overseeing day to day kitchen operations in a proactive and hands-on way
- Leading a team of chefs and KPs, coaching and mentoring as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Following proper food handling procedures and food safety regulations
