Our Building Services team are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a Mechanical background to join the team in several location in Essex. The purpose of the role will be to carry out Mechanical Services (Plumbing/ Pool Plant Maintenance / HVAC and BMS), Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Works in time to meet KPI’s.

You’ll:

Ensure all statutory & mandatory compliance maintenance and records/certificates are always kept up to date and in line with the contractual requirements and filed as Skanska Management System.
- Have a ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to work under own initiative which is vital to this role Have desire to deliver first class engineering and client satisfaction.

Be willing to work as part of an On Call rota along with a flexible work approach.
We’re looking for:

Minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds/NVQ/BTEC level 3, or equivalent.
- Desirable Skills include Electrical training / BMS / Pool plant experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Building Maintenance
