Customer Services Executive
8.30am till 5pm 4 days per week or Mon to Fri 8.30am till 3pm
Ashford, Kent
£11 - £12.00 per hour DOE / £24-25,000 DOE
This role will involve working for one of our well established, high profile clients located in Ashford, East Sussex, the duties required for this role are outlined below;
This Customer Services Executive plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our clients customers. The primary goal of this role is to give exceptional customer service to whilst managing orders and queries.
Processing Orders
- Processing trade, sample and retail sales orders. Handling order-capture through to dispatch and successful delivery.
- Completing EMCS entries, ASNs and self-certifications for some orders as required
- Manage our clients logistic partners to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and with accuracy
Management of Customer Services Communications
- Answering phone lines, taking sales orders and directing non order related calls to the correct department or individual.
- Develop and implement consistent communications to all customers, consumers and colleagues in a timely and consistently professional manner
- Working with the customer services manager and the head of production to competently regulate and manage our evolving complaints procedure.
Sales Support
- Manage an outbound call programme, in line with our email marketing schedule, to ensure regular contact with our existing on and off trade customers.
- Report on success of proactive calls and of activations back to heads of channel and customer services manager.
- Day to day working cohesively with sales and other internal departments to provide project support. Eg. assisting in the smooth implementation of seasonal On-Trade activations

- Experience in a customer facing role
- Strong attention to detail with the desire to learn in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally
- Excellent interpersonal skills and quick to build lasting relationships
