Salary: £27000 to £29,500 p.a (INCLUSIVE of sleep-in allowance and a £1000 complex care bonus)

We currently have an exciting vacancy available in our Derby children’s home where the Residential Support Workers will be required to provide the highest quality care to children between the ages of 8 – 17 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEBD

We are looking for dynamic youth mentors who have the desire to engage, guide, and bring a positive influence on the lives of young people in our care.

You will be required to create a positive environment for each Young Person with particular reference to his/her safety, health, and education.

You will be required to maintain good professional practices by Ofsted regulations and quality care standards for our children’s homes.
Training and NVQ qualifications will be provided but the most important quality we are looking for is a commitment and desire to bring about a positive change in the lives of young people in our care.
