Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Elder Care Expert to provide virtual assistance to our clients on an ad hoc basis. As an Elder Care Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on elder care options, including care homes, live-in care, and other types of care. You will also assist with pricing inquiries and offer emotional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a background in elder care, social work, nursing or related fields, with a strong knowledge of the UK's elder care landscape.
The rate for consultations will be £30/hour, and the position will be on an ad hoc basis to start with.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on elder care options via 1-1 consultations
- Offer emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with pricing inquiries
- Create content such as blog posts, webinars, workshops and other materials related to elder care
- Managing customer queries and solving their challenges via our 24/7 app chat
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of elder care in the UK
- Background in social work, nursing, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Access to a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
