As an integral part of the Street Food team, the position involves face to face interactions with our guests, taking orders and payments, ensuring our front of house team are able to collect full orders and that everything goes out with cutlery and napkins. This role can be high pressure at times and demands a cool head

Department
This position is fixed to one of our 10 different street food vendors within Edinburgh Street Food.
Reporting
This position reports to the Unit Manager / Owner
Location
Edinburgh Street Food, Greenside Row, Edinburgh, EH1 3AA. However, work may on occasion take place outside of this location.
Key Responsibilities
· Solving unanticipated issues that arise. This will be done with assistance from the Stall Manager.
· Ensuring the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and personal hygiene is maintained.
· Acting as the go to person for our teams in keeping our guests happy and well fed.
· Compliance with safety legislation.
· Reporting on any necessary maintenance.
