Administration Assistant
Symmons Madge Associates Ltd—Training Consultancy based in Cowbridge
Part Time permanent position
Monday to Friday (20 hours per week) - afternoons - 1pm to 5pm
Salary: £20,500 p.a. pro rata
The principal responsibilities will be;
· Assisting with organising online training courses, sending meeting invitations and helping with course hosting
· Helping prepare course joining instructions
· General office administration
Essential Skills:
· Highly organised
· Good verbal and written communication skills, and a keen, accurate eye for detail
· Ability to work independently without supervision
· Ability to follow instruction in an orderly manner, prioritising workload and work well within a team setting
· Competent in MS Office
