Job Description
We are seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to join our team.
The role involves mostly site work, 1st and 2nd fix, commissioning and user training but some pre config works will also be needed at the office.
Most clients are corporate, London based although we do have small number of residential as well as clients across England so there will also be a need to do some travelling occasionally.
A good all round skillset and an ability to adapt and learn is important, but experience in some of the following would be an advantage:
MS Teams and Zoom systems (Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Yealink)
Shure
Extron
Q-SYS
Dante
Polycom
Networking skills
This role requires a good understanding of AV systems, including networking. This is not a role for a junior or somebody with a lack of real-world experience in Audio Visual.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Installing and commissioning all aspects of AV projects
Basic programming (Crestron/QSC) is desirable too but we are not looking for a programmer, the install and commissioning part is the most important aspect
Some rack building
Pre configuration works
Post install maintenance and service, remotely and on site, firmware updates etc
Assisting with technical support issues
The role will also include attending some training courses and trade exhibitions
We are looking for somebody within commuter distance of South East London, most jobs are in London but our office is in Beckenham.
We want somebody that has a deep interest in the world of audio-visual systems, technologies and equipment.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
