Glass Collector

Reports to: Manager

Direct Reports: None

Area of Business: Wine Inns

Purpose

To ensure that all areas within the premises meet the Company standard regarding cleanliness, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that tables are cleared of all used glassware and empty bottles
• To clean tables and wash glassware
• To stock the bar and sort bottle skips
• To clean spillages and breakages, ensuring broken glassware is removed to a safe area
• To clean floor and bar areas as part of the close down procedure
• To carry out toilet checks on a regular basis
• To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
• Any other duties relevant and related to the post

Educational Qualifications

• Educated to secondary level standard

Skills and Experience

• No previous experience necessary
• The ideal candidate will be a team player, customer focused and enthusiastic, with the desire to ensure that the customers receive excellent service
• With good communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to approach their work in a methodical and logical manner
