Purpose of the job:

Reduction in clients TCO through the creation of intelligent design concepts that increase upstream and downstream efficiencies.
Responsible for enhancing the retail experience by designing and developing creative POSM materials on behalf of HHGlobal's FMCG and Retail clients.
Through re-engineering of existing and the creation of new designs support HHGlobal's contractual Cost Reduction savings commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and preparing specifications for quotation & production of permanent, semi-permanent and temporary POS displays.
Designing innovative displays and merchandising with eye-catching creativity and strong messaging that appeals to the brands target market.
Through design and innovation seek out opportunity to reduce production and TCO costs to support HH GLobal contractual commitments
Managing design projects from initial brief to supplier handover.
Designing for all methods of print production, using multiple substrates.
Bring ideas to life using expert specific software skills.
Working directly with the client, building the relationship and liaising with them on a regular basis.
Attend Client and Third-Party Meetings.
Manage client expectations and build reputation for creativity.
Develop and continue a good understanding of client brands.
Contribute to the creation of pitches from a design aspect.
Work closely with other ID team members across multiple markets.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
Proficient or have experience in 3D modelling software such as, Rhino 7, V Ray, Blender
Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator.
Good understanding of all print production methods.
Excellent communications skills.
Faultless eye for detail as well as a creative flare.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and time management.
Previous experience as a designer within Retail Design / POS or similar related industry.
Stunning portfolio to showcase concept designs from visuals through to finalised full colour samples.
Hand sketching skills are highly advantageous.
Strong communication and client facing skills.
