Job Description
We are hiring an Accounts assistant to be mainly responsible for:
Posting the journal entries on the front desk accounting system.
Reconciling the bank balances with the invoices and revenue lines.
Working in collaboration with the company accountant.
Arranging the AP ledger and preparing the payment list.
Checking purchase price matrix of different suppliers.
Check deadlines of PAYE, VAT payments on HMRC portal and payments of the taxes.
General administrative work and follow up of the documents/duties.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in Accounts, confident with excel spreadsheets, good in numbers and good level of English. Turkish Speaker is preferred.
