Job Description
Receptionist required for a busy private physiotherapy practice. Shifts will be 9am-3pm Tuesdays, 2.15-8.15pm Fridays and 1 in 5 Saturday. Some flexibility will be required, and other shifts are often available for cover.
Duties include booking appointments, email management, dealing with enquiries at reception and over the phone and general administration, as well as other ad-hoc duties.
Previous reception experience is preferred, ideally within a medical background. MS Office skills are required.

COVID-19 considerations:
It is optional within the clinic whether staff and clients wish to wear PPE. Perspex screen currently remain in place on reception.
