Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS UK) are currently seeking a Healthcare Consultant to join our friendly, hard-working Healthcare team based in our Stevenage offices.
You’ll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to a portfolio of health and protection clients, always staying one step ahead of their needs, and delivering a high-quality service.
What we're looking for
- First-class administrative experience, with a sense of urgency, an eye for detail, and a passion for customer service excellence;
- Strong customer-facing experience; presentable with a personable manner, confident when liaising with others is critical;
- Outstanding communication skills, an ambitious attitude and the ability to prioritise own workload and complete tasks without supervision;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Previous experience within the health insurance industry (or similar) would be advantageous, as would a working knowledge of Acturis, however, neither is crucial - we can teach!
