Responsibilities
- To work as part of the Operations team to help develop and deliver Customer Service to our customers.
- To deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- To deal with emails, tickets and Live Chat.
- To build up excellent knowledge of products and services.
- To assist with daily, weekly and monthly Administration tasks.
- To deliver an excellent Customer Service experience at all times.
Knowledges & Skills
- Ability to work remotely with other team members and stakeholders to interpret their requirements and implement activity accordingly.
- Must be IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office type applications.
- Have a proactive approach to work and be able to show initiative.
- Confidence when communicating with people on all levels; face to face as well as online meetings, emails and over the telephone.
- Basic administration skills including answering telephones, sorting inbound emails, undertaking research and dealing with correspondence.
- Customer service experienced preferred.
Schedule and Location
- Remote Working.
- May require occasional commute to Manchester shared office space.
- Set weekend shifts with the opportunity for additional hours Monday - Friday during peak trading periods.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
