Job Description
The purpose of the HR Administrator role is to ensure a smooth process of all administration relating to the employee life cycle and to track and monitor HR processes whilst maintaining strictest confidentiality.
Ensure that all necessary employment checks, references, right to work eligibility and adhoc processes for new starters is completed and returned to the HR Department prior to commencement.
Manage and update Red Carpet (on-boarding system) and ensure all mandatory documents' are completed efficiently prior to any commencement of employment.
Deliver the Business Induction to all new starters and ensure the onboarding process is a smooth process.
Preferably CIPD Leve 3 and above
Experience in Excel
Accuracy in administration skills
Good communciation skills
Requirement to meet strict deadlines
Organised, Methodical
Travel to another site from time to time
