Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented freight assistant to assist CTS International Logistics (UK).
In this role, your responsibilities include liaising with freight personnel to deliver goods to designated locations at storage facilities, maintaining freight records, liaising with suppliers and customers, and supplier cost audits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists managers and supervisors with daily activities and special projects;
- Responsible for assisting to improve the operation of the entire logistics chain of customers;
- Responsible for sorting out customer files and updating to ensure accurate input of the company's system content;
- Collect market information, assist managers to understand market trends and choose the best route products;
- Participate in inter-departmental meetings and trainings to share solutions for abnormal events
- General office duties.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, logistics major is preferred;
- 0-1 year related working experience;
- Familiar with office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express;
- Ability to comply with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Chinese and English are mandatory requirements.
