Motor Insurance Sales Advisor
Role: Motor Insurance Sales Advisor
Role type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid - 1 day a week from the office
Salary: 23,805 (including 9% pension)
Bonus: £1,200 to £3,600 per annum depending on the performance
Hours: 37.5h per week/ 8h per day with 30min of unpaid lunch break
Shifts: Monday to Friday anywhere between 8:00 am to 9:15 pm,
Saturday and Sunday anywhere between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No previous call centre experience is required.

The Company:
An expanding Doncaster based insurance company who are very customer satisfaction focused. This Company has a fantastic reputation for their customer care but also for the way they train support and progress their employees. As they have expanded to Leeds we now have the pleasure to assist them in their search for SALES ADVISORS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Taking Inbound calls
· Help with renewals
· Making policy amendments
· Matching the right insurance policy for the customer
· Work to targets to achieve goals
· Work as part of team
· Complaints handling
· Offering customers some of the best insurance packages on the market
· Tailoring company service to ensure customers receive a fantastic journey
Key Skills
· Resilience in complaints handling
· A positive and can-do attitude.
· IT literate
· A strong work ethic
· Can work to and is motivated by targets
· Good internet access and an area to set up a work space
