Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs, such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right audience with the right message
- Create and manage ad creatives, including copy, images, videos, and landing pages
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on performance and insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media advertising
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics, especially Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling ad copy and reports
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset and passion for digital marketing
