What will you do:

  • Be part of the Asset Quality team; be responsible for supporting the Asset Quality service functions within a large portfolio of Student accommodation nationwide.
  • Undertake general administration of all projects across the portfolio, including, but not limited to, Fire Systems, Alarm Remedials, Fire Extinguishers, CCTV, Access Control & administration of all remedial works required.
  • Conduct the necessary administration to ensure that the accounts with consumable and equipment suppliers operate effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and provide ordering instructions to site teams.
  • Review the Compliance Dashboard on a regular basis, identify tasks that require re-inspection and inform the responsible FM.
  • Assist the Head of AQ Team to maintain a high level of Compliance across the portfolio.
  • Ad-hoc task such as reporting and maintenance of documents

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the property/facilities management sector would be ideal
  • Experience as an administrator/coordinator in an office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Natural ability to engage with different teams and work collaboratively.
  • A keen eye for detail
