Summary
All Saints Roman Catholic High School is a small and friendly school judged by Ofsted as Good. It is a community in which pupils are happy and where every child is known and valued, and is a school which is part of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust.
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, well-motivated applicant with a keen eye for detail to join our existing Office & Finance team, ensuring an effective, high quality finance and administration service. The post is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills towards a career in finance and who possess effective administration, finance & IT skills.
A key element of this role will be providing support to the Finance Manager with the financial management of the school and, general administration support to the Operations Manager.

Essential Qualifications
4 GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C or above
Essential Experience
Experience of using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience of performing clerical duties within an office environment (including maintaining accurate records, filing, photocopying and mail)
Previous experience of dealing with customers on the telephone and face-to-face
Previous finance and administration experience
Desirable Experience
Experience of working within an educational environment
