Influencer Campaign Executive
4 day working week. Hybrid working (50% office / 50% WFH)

Engage Hub is our Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Advertising agency, located in Manchester. Through this division we offer a variety of innovative and flexible solutions across digital, to ensure a client’s campaign stops its audience in their tracks, and turns their attention into action. We are made up of strategists, influencer specialists, paid media experts and social media managers.
Engage Studio is our in-house team, located in Manchester, and made up of highly skilled digital-first creatives. We are strategists, designers, producers and directors who work to connect a brand to its audience through powerful storytelling and trend-led creative executions.
Job Description:
Our influencer team is growing, and we are looking for a highly engaged, highly passionate and extremely communicative Influencer Marketing Executive to help us establish and grow influencer relationships and social media presence/engagement for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing:
As Influencer Marketing Executive you will integrate seamlessly with our Influencer Team to deliver Influencer Marketing which not only drives commercial wins for our clients, but also showcases out-the-box thinking and attention-earning creative.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work to meet campaign KPIs alongside our Senior Influencer Executives and the Influencer Campaign Manager.
- Conduct competitor and market research to ensure influencer campaign content is on trend and drives successful results.
- Source influencer longlists for multiple campaigns and analyse an influencer's audience demographics, in-line with the client's target consumer.
- Liaise with influencers and agents daily in a professional and timely manner.
- Create bespoke influencer briefing documents for our client's campaigns.
- Negotiate the very best fees for our clients alongside the Influencer Campaign Manager.
- Review, manage and schedule influencer content alongside the Influencer Campaign Manager.
- Build data-led end of campaign reports alongside the Influencer Campaign Manager.
- Be a social native who has a 360 view of what is happening in influencer marketing across all verticals and be passionate about taking inspiration and implementing it on your own campaigns.
- Help us advance our campaign strategies; by creating our own network of influencers to collaborate with, while simultaneously building trust and over delivering for our clients.
- Establish our agency influencer strategy alongside the team, using your knowledge of the market, your pre-established influencer relationships, and an understanding of which influencers will work for specific campaigns based on historic campaigns, their audience and performance data.
