As part of the ongoing expansion of our HR team, we’re now looking for two Receptionists to join us in Carlisle!
About Us:
Our site in Carlisle is a key part of our Meals Solutions division, comprising of 3 factories and employing around 1,200 people. We produce a huge range of chilled food products for major retailers - it is a fast-paced environment, where things can change very quickly, and no two days are ever the same.
About the Role:
First impressions are important, and in this front-of-house position you’ll be providing a professional, friendly, and effective reception service to visitors coming to the site and any incoming telephone enquiries.
As part of the wider HR team, you will also provide general admin support by helping with enquiries from other employees, maintaining records, and generating reports.
This includes things such as creating new-starter packs, processing right-to-work documents, or running daily absence reports.
Other typical tasks will include handling mail, ordering stationery, arranging vehicle hire when requested, and maintaining the reception and waiting areas.
About You:
We’re keen to hear from anybody with prior experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer facing role who is interested in becoming part of a growing HR team.
You’ll need a confident yet personable professional manner, excellent communication skills, and be able to plan and organise your own workload.
Strong IT skills (MS Office – Word/Excel) are also required.
Experience of HR admin would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
