This is a full-time position in a fast paced working environment. We are currently based in Amsterdam but we are looking to move the headquarters of the business to London in a week. About the company & the job:
We are a multi-media creative house born in the artistic heart of Amsterdam, we've now made London our new home. We are exciting s seeking a talented All-Round Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team as we launch two exciting new projects: Lang Im, a bespoke travel agency, and SipSip, a modern Vietnamese coffee brand.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales, utilising their skills in creating compelling content and engaging with the community on various social networks. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, creative, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a small team, we value initiative, collaboration, and input from all members and expect the new team member to be a team player who is excited to dream, create, invent, and have fun with us.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing and social media strategies for both brands to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.
- Generate innovative ideas to promote the brands in different markets and create a strong brand image.
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and social media content.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry partners, to create a buzz around the brands.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to continually improve marketing and social media efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Manage and grow the brands' social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, by creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and tracking performance metrics.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing and social media initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and social media, with a proven track record of success in promoting and growing brands.
- Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing marketing materials and social media content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and coffee industries and a desire to contribute to the growth of both brands.

- Salary: 45000 - 55000 £/ year
