Location: Clevedon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, to include weekends and bank holidays
Salary: £22,228 per annum
If you are truly customer service focused, thrive on a challenge, enjoy working with a diverse group of people and would relish the opportunity to step into a store manager role, our shop in Clevedon Triangle could be perfect for you.
With a varied and ever-changing stock profile, you can enjoy the hands-on involvement of sorting, processing, displaying and selling donated items alongside a great range of new merchandise. You will take responsibility for the management of the shop, coming up with ideas for generating donated goods and increasing income. You will present a professional face of the charity on the high street, lead and develop a team of volunteers and use your initiative to maximise the income of the store.
The role has a strong focus on maximising income to support the Hospice. Duties will include accepting and pricing donated goods, gift aid registration, managing paid staff and volunteer staff, creating strong merchandising displays within the shop, running activities to help attract customers and maintaining great standards to give our customers a great shopping experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys retails and working in a lively, fast paced environment. You will need to have enthusiasm, leadership and motivational skills, be customer orientated and target focused, and enjoy working with a diverse range of products and people. You will also be required to complete paperwork and therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential.

Free parking at some of our sites
25 days holiday + bank holidays (part-time pro rata)
