We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our HR Team in HR at Bolton on a 14 month fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR Administration team across various areas of responsibility including:
Ownership of Employee Documentation, including version control, managing job descriptions, contracts, and the Employee Handbook-
Maintaining Right to Work training materials and compliance reporting

Working closely with internal stakeholders and liasing with external suppliers such as Freeths and Rightcheck

Identifying gaps in the Employment Law HELP Book and proposing additions, supporting with, and providing content for Employment Law training courses, and compiling Employment Law reports

Providing employment law support on various projects across the business
Successful candidates will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and will therefore need to possess excellent communication, attention to detail, time management and organisation skills. The successful applicant will be privy to sensitive and confidential information and will therefore need to demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity with work.

Your New Role:
Overseeing completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on business-wide Right to Work compliance, escalating instances of non-compliance with relevant internal stakeholders-
Supporting with business wide queries regarding Employment Law through liaison with key internal stakeholders

Overseeing quarterly business meetings focussing on the topic of Right to Work compliance and Immigration, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Ensuring updates in legislation regarding Right to Work are accurately reflected in business wide communications and documentation
-
Ensuring required changes to contracts, job descriptions, employee handbooks and other employee documentation is executed accurately, maintaining diligent version control at all times

Advising on matters of a legal and technical nature in order to steer decision making

Ad-hoc project support for the wider business in areas as detailed above

Coordinating supplier meetings

Supporting with the preparation of Committee / Working Group documentation reflecting considerations of employment law

Legal compliance and legislative horizon scanning resulting in new business guidance as required based on growing trends, changing Government guidance or emerging risks relating to employment law

Supporting Leaders balance legal risk with internal policy
About You:
2:1 degree or equivalent-
Maths, English and IT GCSE or equivalent passes

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification

Experience of having dealt with personnel related matters (e.g. grievance, disciplinaries)

Experience of having worked as HR business partner, supporting multiple business areas with HR related queries

Understands the importance of confidentiality within work
