Dynamics CRM / D365 / Support / Hybrid Working / Progression
Hi All, I am actively recruiting on behalf of a membership organisation, they are looking for a Junior IT CRM Support Analyst, that is will to learn and develop their career in Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities in the role will include:
- 1st/2nd Line Support on the Dynamics 365 CE
- User Training
- Use Dynamics for almost all business processes - sales, marketing, customer service, and want to roll out other functionality
- Administrator roles for the system
- Work with the business to make processes/ systems
Preferable skill sets will include:
- Experience Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM
- Good communication skills
