About Our client:
Our client are a fast moving goods company (non food) who currently sell to a number of Businesses & also have a busy online Ecommerce. They have two sites & are looking to grow their team. You would be based at their Aston site which currently operates 7 days a week.
Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ Administrator role in Aston - Birmingham
This is a Permanent Full time role. The role will be predominently Admin, but will be supporting a busy Warehouse in times of need.
Role of a Picker / Packer + Administrator:
- Printing and Checking orders.
- Supporting Warehouse with various Admin duties.
- Picking and Packing
- Use of HHT (hand held terminals).
- Duties may include but not limited to sorting, picking and packing.
As a Warehouse Operative / Admin you will need to have:
- Flexibility regarding shifts and availability for overtimes.
- Be reliable.
- Physically fit and capable of maintaining physical activity.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a very busy environment.
- Ability to give attention to detail.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Experience working in Admin
- Experience within a Warehouse Environment.
- Willing to undertake a DBS check
- Be able to speak and read English Fluently
