As an Executive Secretary you will be supporting three of our senior team members, from our Raynesway site in Derby.

What you will be doing:
You will be providing Secretarial provision for three members of our Executive Team.

Executive inbox and schedule management – email screening, tier one action, and filtering.

Meetings support across Raynesway, with collaboration required for Customer visits.

Travel bookings, support, and visitor requests.

Supporting admin. such as raising vacancy approvals, time booking etc.

You will need to have experience within the following:

Ability to operate calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail, to produce accurate work in a timely manner.

High degree of computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple diaries.

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment where your line manager may not always be in the same office.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
