Location: Sheffield
Salary £21,673.60 – £23,000 per annum for a 40-hour week (+benefits package)
The position is currently a minimum of 20 hours over 3 days up to a maximum of 40 hours over 5 days with flexible working hours and days to suit the right candidate and will be based at our Sheffield office. This is a new position within our Sheffield office to assist with the general day-to-day operations within RammSanderson and our wider Operations Team whilst assisting with the running of the local office, which is rapidly expanding.
Key duties include:
- Managing the office and vehicles based there.
- Looking after surveying kit, including checking it in and out and general maintenance.
- Assisting the team with their office administration.
- Liaising with the team to create invoices for work carried out by them / managed by them on a monthly basis.
- Checking incoming mail.
General duties:
- Logging enquiries and setting up jobs.
- Liaising with the wider admin team at our other offices and providing general cover for holidays, etc
- A strong mathematical mind with good analytical skills is essential.
