The successful candidate will be joining a well-established and experienced team to help provide customer service and support our customer base.
The role is suitable for those working currently within sales or in an engineering environment; however, the role would also be suitable for those looking to start a new career. Full training will be provided on our product range.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Receive and process incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Create quotations and sales orders
Outsource non-stock items by liaising with our supply partners for price and delivery
Liaise, engage, and communicate with other departments and divisions within the Group
Manage and maintain existing accounts, and help to further develop any new potential business
