Responsibilities
- Preparing payroll from wages sheets provided using Sage Payroll system.
- Companying secretary services including processing new customer applications, engagement letters, etc.
- Helping with Book-keeping
- Collaborate with the team in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
- Providing great customer service to build trust, rapport, and a strong relationship with your portfolio.
- using appropriate software to produce correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations and other documents from drafts, handwritten copies or by transcribing dictation.
- Filing and retrieving documents, setting up and maintaining filing systems and reproducing copies of documentation as required.
- arranging meetings, circulating agendas and other meeting documents, attending meetings, and taking and preparing minutes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English. Speaking/ writing in simplified Chinese is essential.
- Competent numerical and IT skills
- Confident and with excellent communication skills for client interaction and engagement (Email, Phone, and face-to-face).
- Works well in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability.
Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of Sage.
