They manufacture cooling towers and evaporative condensers and are looking to strengthen their UK sales team. They’re a professional international business where you will be able to learn from experienced colleagues to develop personally and professionally. The Role You will cover the Midlands with the following responsibilities: Use a consultative, specification led approach to drive new business and develop existing accounts to increase the performance of your area Develop relationships with end users, M&E contractors and consulting engineers Sell into a wide range of commercial and industrial applications from hospitals to data centres, steel, manufacturing, supermarkets, glass manufacturing and many more Regional Sales Manager Requirements Proven field sales experience, managing and growing a territory in a similar role such as Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Field Sales Engineer HVAC / heat transfer experience – any related areas considered such as cooling towers, evaporative condensers, chillers, AHU’s, refrigeration Strong self-motivation and drive to be successful Living in the area you could be in or near Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Derby, Northampton, Peterborough, Royal Leamington Spa, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton etc. We have been retained to manage this opportunity with urgency.
