Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for x2 van driving postie based in Dingwall. Driving licence essential.
With responsibility of delivering parcels to both commercial and residential addresses on a dedicated parcel route, you will effectively sort and load parcels ready for your days work. Ensure all parcels are delivered to customers and effective use of PDA
Christmas peak pay rate still on offer - £13.37 per hour. In coming weeks it will be buiness as usual pay rate. of £11.59ph. However, this role is covering vacancies and is for ongoing positions with the option to be taken on permanently.
While working you will also build up holiday pay, be entitled to work wear, be paid weekly and there are other opportunities once this role finishes.
Successful candidates must be 18 and over, no more than 6 points and be able to complete a basic criminality check before starting the role.
Registrations for this role will be done online and interview slots must be booked with branch.
The working week is between Monday and Saturday. The role is working 15 hours per week, an adhoc position with flexibility. Working hours are usually between 0700 and 1800.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and customer focused. You must be able to work alone as well as being part of a team and working with them. Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates that like being outdoors in all weathers whilst maintain a professional and upbeat attitude.
