PLEASE NOTE: We are only looking for experienced clerks, we do not have the resources to train individuals with no experience so please do not apply.
This is an opportunity to work with London's leading Award Winning Property Inventory company to carry out professional property inventory reports, check ins/check outs. We are looking for a clerk who can cover TW, KT, HA, UB and London. We work with some major brands and a host of smaller professional independent agencies and landlords. We look after some of the most prestigious properties in London and have won several industry awards.
Our business is built around the professionalism of our highly respected and professional team. We have a reputation for providing highly detailed, accurate reports in a professional manner, this is our core value that we always adhere to. You will be travelling to bookings and meeting with agents, landlords and tenants to compile detailed inventory reports. Although we provide ongoing support and guidance the ability to 'think on your feet' is an attribute our clerks must hold, you will also need to be a well experienced clerk, ready to take bookings. We require experienced clerks who can 'hit the ground running'.
We use Inventory Base software but you will just be required to take photos and the use the template in the app and dictate, voice files are sent to the typist that we cover the costs for and photos are synced straight to the report. Experience with Inventory Base is not essential as we can offer brief training.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Have at least 1 years’ experience compiling property inventory reports.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to sometimes work to tight timescales.
- Fully IT literate and confident.
- A very good eye for detail.
- Punctual, reliable and quick to respond.
- Good time and self-management skills.
- Smartly dressed, professional appearance and demeanor (no trainers or jeans).
- Good communication skills, with the ability to deal with important clients and partners in a professional and clear manner.
- Means to travel to jobs quickly at your own expense
- Cover Greater London and/or Surrey
BENEFITS:
Excellent rates of pay on a self employed basis - set amount for jobs from a minimum of £45 for smaller properties, up to £90+ depending on the property, over £100 for excessive properties.

As an experienced clerk you will be aware of the natural busy periods of this industry and will be available for the most part in these busy times. For clarification, these tend to be the days towards the end of the week/the weekend and Mondays, the end of the month and days around the 1st of the month and the spring, summer and going into autumn periods - this is when property inventory clerks earn the most part of their money!
