Send it to Alex is a virtual provider of supported employment services for neurodivergent (Autistic, Dyslexic, Dyspraxic or have ADHD, Dyscalculia or Tourettes) and disabled people. Our Individual led administration and executive function support is designed specifically to enable them to thrive in their employment.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing Virtual Assisting team!
The position involves:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents on a regular basis
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Generate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage payroll activities, including processing employee paychecks, vacation and sick leave, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive financial information

The Package:

- £20 to £25 an hour depending on experience.
- Approximately one day a month. May vary up and down.
