P Fitzsimmons Ltd is a large franchise of Dyno rod, covering North West London.
We are looking to recruit a part Administrator for our local office in Enfield.
The ideal candidate needs to be motivated, and very organised to support our Drainage Technicians with multiple type/contract works.
You will be working in busy environment with organising customer call-outs, liaising with British Gas, Commercial and Domestic customers and using our CRM, plus accounts support and other general office duties. You should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and a knowledge of North West London would be an advantage.
The role will also include:
- Forming a good working relationship with office staff and Drainage Technicians
- Working within a team
- Being ambassador to Dyno Rod and ensuring all customers are contacted in a timely manner.
- Keeping accurate records on our CRM system
- Answering phones
Flexible on how many hours and days in the work, however must be able to work 8am-4pm every Saturday.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-23 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
