Salary: £23,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities
As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will be the first person our clients speak to at Bionic. You will be following up web enquiries from small to medium size business owners (for example hair salons, religious groups, charities, shops, cafes, picture framers) to qualify if a better deal can be made for their business essentials.
- Calling customers who have made a real-time web enquiry
- Confirm customers details and qualify if we are able to help
- Passing over qualified customers to the appropriate sales agents within Bionic
- Keep records of calls and note useful information on our Salesforce platform.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout

Requirements
This is an early careers position from which you will be trained and developed to become an Advisor, Consultant, Expert and Specialist over the course of a year. From there you will have the opportunity to develop your career further into Management, Sales, Customer Service or within one of our Business Operations functions.

- Previous work experience in either a customer service, sales or call centre environment is IDEAL but not essential
Working Hours:
This is a 5 days working week, on a permanent contract with the following work patterns:
- Mon-Fri: 8:45-5:30 pm
- 2 x weekend days (1x sat + 1x sun) per month: 10-4pm (2 weekdays off in lieu)
- 2 x remote evening shift per month: 5:30 - 8:00pm
- All work is office based except for evening shifts which can be done remotely.
