Job Description
As a Legal Assistant, you would be based within our Charitable Will Team. The team provides free legal services to different charities that support those with terminal medical conditions.
You would work closely with a legal consultant and assist them in providing the above services.
Your duties and responsibilities include tasks such as:
- Liaising with our clients to schedule and collect the required details for our consultant's appointments.
- Liaising with our consultant to ensure that they have the necessary paperwork and information for the said appointments.
- Maintaining a database that keeps track of client progress.
- Preparing and posting paperwork to clients and our other offices.
Training will be provided, no previous legal experience is required.
The right candidate should have strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £20,000.00 per year
