Job Description

Part Time - HR Administrator

Location -Central Bournemouth

Salary- £13,478.40 (depending on qualifications and experience)

An exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator has arisen at UK Supported Living Service.

The position involves a range of duties by delivering an efficient HR service through effective and accurate administration of all processes and procedures relating to the recruitment, employment, payment and training of staff. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a positive, pragmatic and collaborative approach with an interest in generalist HR and Administration. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise. The role will entail a number of administration responsibilities including supporting finance administration and supporting the Administrative Services Manager with all aspects of company business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Highly organised and have the ability to plan ahead.

· Proactively respond to HR queries.

· Maintain accurate employee records.

· Collate and provide data to finance for monthly payroll, including starters, leavers, timesheets and overtime/expenses

Must Have:

· High levels of attention to detail.

· Highly organised and have the ability to plan ahead.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a busy office environment.

· An ability to remain confidential and have the skills to remain compliant with all company documentation.

· A hard working attitude and the ability to build relationships quickly.

Essential skills:

· Previous experience in a similar HR/Administrator role.

· Previous experience being the first point of contact for payroll and employee queries.

· Experience with Microsoft packages including Office and Excel.

· Ability to balance a number of responsibilities in a busy but exciting environment.

Job Type: Part-Time (3 days 8 hours per day office based)
