About the Position:
- Support the Director of Pathway Recruitment, in the recruitment of students to our English and Online Programmes.
- Responsible for all outbound calls for the English and Online Programmes.
- Convert leads generated by our University partners.
- Responsible for reporting on weekly forecasts and predictions on student enrolments
- Uphold the high levels of customer and client service.
- Contribute to the wider business through sharing of best practice with the wider sales community and supporting or driving business development opportunities.
About You:
- Self-Starter, quick to take the initiative and spot new opportunities
- Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards
- Ability to operate at all levels of the organisation acting as an ambassador for the International Office and University internally and externally.
- Track record of success in sales & Service environment
- Understanding of the student journey and experience of going through the process as an International student (Preferable)
