As a result of a service reorganisation Hampshire County Council are recruiting for a Passenger Assistant Administrator to join the School Transport Service. By joining the team you will contributing to safely transporting over 17,000 children to school across Hampshire each day. The School Transport Service has ambitious improvement plans and this role will have a key part in fulfilling that ambition.
With excellent customer service skills and your attention to detail you'll demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with administration and IT systems as you work on tasks such as inputting information, reviewing timetables, producing emails and reports in addition to providing administration support to the team. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You should be strongly customer focused as you will liaise with customers and colleagues daily. You should be a highly organised, proactive individual who is capable of working independently and as a collaborative team member.
