Why apply to this role?
The successful candidate, will lead the implementation across all digital touchpoints in order to optimise customer journeys across digital ecosystem. Also be accountable for maintaining best practice tagging, leading and developing a future proof data collection infrastructure to meet our business needs, designing specialised tagging solutions and developing a common implementation framework across our brands.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintains the event driven data layer across our digital estate based on business requirements
- Work with developers to implement developer designs and work continually them to improve and handle any issues along the process
- Work with analysts and developers in order to make sure that data collection is accurate and validated
- Supply specialised technical solutions for analytics and third party integrations.
- Test and debugs Digital journeys to make sure tagging has been implemented correctly
- Support Stakeholders to understand how tags fire and how data is being collected
- Audit the existing data collection setup, identifying gaps in tracking and processes, setup inefficiencies and identifying opportunities to improve data collection
Skills and experience you'll need:
- Strong track record of project delivery and project management experience
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Working experience of Digital Analytics platforms - Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (GA360/GA4)
- Experience working in a tag management system. (Adobe Launch/GTM)
- Familiar with API Development and server-side downstream data pipelines
- Able to communicate data measurement requirements and specs to both commercial and technical stakeholders
- Experience working in an agile environment (JIRA/Confluence)
- Experience in various measurement and analysis technologies along with with debugging and Troubleshooting
- Experience in Mobile App tracking and measurement
