What you’ll be doing as a Supervisor:
- Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
- Preparing great drinks and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining product and service standards
- Coaching and assisting teammates on shift
- Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
