We are looking to recruit full time Team Co-ordinators to support our busy Children's Social Care teams.
The main responsibility of the post holder will be to support and minute take at multi-agency strategy meetings. You must be a team player with organisational skills as a strength.
The role of Team Co-Ordinator is a crucial post within CAFs. The Team Co-Ordinators work to support front line social workers and are often the first point of contact for service users, partners and other agencies. Team Co-ordinators will keep up to date with all cases within their team and will maintain systems of key statutory requirements for children. Team Co-ordinators will also undertake other tasks to support the service users and Social Workers such as minute taking, financial tasks, transport arrangement etc.
You will be required to:
1. provide an efficient and effective service to designated Teams within Children Social Care. Work flexibly to support the work of the Team including activities/tasks with children and families.
2. provide an excellent customer service, displaying a ‘can do’ attitude, working with accuracy and speed.
3. provide an efficient, effective, empathetic and responsive service to the public, agencies and professionals and a commitment to customer care and service.
4. be responsible for answering specific and general enquiries and taking referrals from members of the public, other departments and outside agencies.
5. plan daily and weekly work schedules and undertake duties as required which support the vision of the organisation.
