Job Requirement
- Must have student letting experience
- Deal with clients in a professional manner in person, over the phone, and over email.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any problems.
- Prepare and manage lettings documentation
- Provide assistance to colleagues.
- Coordinate viewings.
- Draft marketing details for property adverts.
- Manage diary appointments and deal proactively with incoming phone and email enquiries.
Key skills and qualifications
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be organised and pay attention to detail.
- Have a flexible approach, an optimistic mindset, and the ability to adapt.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
- Have or be prepared to work toward a Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
- Great knowledge of the local area.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Education: Minimum of A Levels or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
